Big Mex is a established Trade Mark Owned and Operated by Brian Johnson.  Brian Johnson is a Retired Police Office that worked in a area that was predominant Hispanic and he learned a lot about the Culture, Foods and Work Ethics of the Community.  The name Big Texas is always associated with Texas.  But before Texas was a State, it was part of Mexico.  So Brian Johnson came up with the name Big Mex to also be associated with Texas heritage with just as much Pride.  Brian Johnson wanted to come up with a name that not only represented the Foods, but also other aspects of everyday life.  So Big Mex was born.
